I need some advises from bros n sis...has anyone bet on any bet exchanges? and pls share your experience as i have trouble opening an account and deposit fund for trading(punting)......

there are hotline help for msia for bet exchange but not singapore...i tried calling them in england but it takes long time to reply..and email too need few days..

if this is not allowed...why not Spool...create a bet exchange site...??????
