  		Just applied online, only able to apply for the Premier card.
Not sure how to apply for Gold, Platinum and Diamond as there are no other instructions on the issue on the website either, only saying we can slowly accumulate points and then upgrade to Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
But one thing good is that its not only used for accumulating points through playing at the casino, even shopping and eating at participating outlets also can collect points, and also for hotel stay.
