  		Hey guys, 

I have been a regular players on 12XXX website, recently i found that they r offering an attractive sign up promo which deposit 1000, give 1000 with 20x turn. ( i never got any bouns from them)

With the deposit of 1000, i got another 1000. but within an hour, i loss til 500 (thanks for PT funky monkey game, i thought it is a monkey year, monkey should bring good luck to me but it wasn't ). 

I only turned like 2x, to have 20x, definitely i will be losing my remaining 500. So i decided to forfeit the bonus and withdraw instead. But sadly, i can't do that. At first i approached their CS on livechat, she told me to change browser, clear cache, and whatever shit. which i seriously doubt that, does it has anything to do with the browser? r u bullshiting me? but anyway, in order to get back my 500, i did what she said, but end up i still can't get back my money. instead of wasting my time troubleshooting the issue for her, i told her that i will return the next day.

Well, the next day when i returned and talked to this CS again, she told me it was because of i didn't hit the required turnover, i was like, why you asked me to change to IE browser, clear cache? obviously she was bullshiting me last night. So i told her, alright, i am not going to play anymore, and i want my money back, coz i don't think i can hit that required 20x turnover with my remaining 500 balance. But she told me that i can't do that, i have to hit the required turnover first. Even i told her that i have been losing like over 20k with them, but she just answered like a robot: " I'm sorry, Sir. You may place your bet using you remaining funds to met the turnover." repeat don't know how many times. 

So i said, well, just keep my money, i am not going to play on your website anymore.

Bye bye 12BXX.

  		First of all let me agree with the others. The next time you want to lose $1.000 I would be glad to help you. Secondly I would like to laugh at the response you got. They delt with the customer support person but they still did not refund your money. So what was the use of dealing with the person? None. Next time pay attention to the negative feedbacks for every site that makes offers.
