China Hu An Cable Holdings Ltd. is an accredited qualified supplier and fully integrated manufacturer of wire and cable products operating out of Yixing City, Jiangsu Province in the People's Republic of China (PRC). With the accreditations, the Group cantender for major state projects as well as penetrate into certain specialised industries that are mainly served by large state-owned corporations.
The Group's core capabilities include the design and development, manufacture and supply of a wide variety of low, mid and high end wire and cable products used across many specialised industries, particulary the power generation (such as coal fired plants), transmission and distribution, infrastructure, construction, alternative energy (such as nuclear power plants, wind and solar power plants), petrochemical, aviation, railway, mining industries.
The Group also manufactures a variety of other products such as aluminium rods, copper rods and plastic cable materials including insulating materials, sheath materials and other auxiliary materials which are used in the production of wires and cables.
Apart from the domestic PRC market, the Group's products are supplied to customers for their use outside of the PRC as well, such as for infrastructural projects in countries like Iraq and Vietnam.
Invitation in respect of 176,000,000 Invitation Shares comprising 118,000,000 New Shares and 58,000,000 Vendor Shares as follows:
(a) 5,000,000 Offer Shares at S$0.42 each by way of public offer; and
(b) 171,000,000 Placement Shares at S$0.42 each by way of placement,
payable in full on application (subject to the Overallotment Option).
